Programs and Services

Our Medical Department is staffed by two Board Certified Physicians and two Nurse Practioners. Our Dental Department is staffed by two Dentists and a Dental Hygienist.

For your convenience, we accept various types of medical coverage: CIGNA, ConnectiCare, Health Net, United Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and HUSKY (Blue Care Family Plan, Community Health Network of CT, Health Net and Preferred One). If you have no insurance or little insurance, you may qualify for our sliding fee schedule that is based on your family size and income. We also customize a payment plan to fit your needs.
