East Hartford Community HealthCare, Inc. is a non-profit health care
organization whose mission is to impact the health and well being of the
community by providing continuous, comprehensive high quality health care
services without discrimination as to age, sex, race, national origin,
creed, political affiliation, residence or ability to pay.
Our Medical Department
is staffed by four Board Certified Family Practice Physicians,
a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician,
Board Eligible OBGYN Physician, a Board Certified
Pediatrics Physician,
two Family Practice Nurse Practitioners,
and one Pediatric Practice Nurse Practitioners.
Our Dental Department is staffed by five Dentists
and five Dental
Hygienists. We also have a Mobile Dental Hygiene
program in the East Hartford and Manchester
Elementary Schools.
For your convenience, we accept various types of medical coverage: CIGNA,
ConnectiCare, Health Net, United Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and
HUSKY (Blue Care Family Plan, Community Health Network of CT, Health Net
and Preferred One). If you have no insurance or little insurance, you
may qualify for our sliding fee schedule that is based on your family
size and income. We also customize a payment plan to fit your needs.
